Just for a month? Why bother?
If you're not vegan yet, every little helps - your body, the animals and the planet. A huge impact can be made in just one month. Participants will feel well and healthy plus, of course, lives will be spared as a result of every individual that says no to meat and animal products.

From celebrities to activists and from religious figures to regular folk, this section of the site details the vegan journey of hundreds of people from a wide variety of backgrounds. Read their tips and tales online. And why not start by reading about little old me?
